How to complete the assessment

The process is simple!

  1. Fill out your responses, giving yourself a rating for each topic alongside any observations of what you are doing and what you may find more challenging
  2. Once completed you will see your results and will be generated a personalised feedback URL to share with your reviewers
  3. We suggest you select all your direct reports, your manager and any peers you feel may be able to assess your management skills (max 8 people, min 3)
  4. Once your reviewers have completed their feedback you will be able to view their anonymised scores against your own self evaluation
